THE DESIGN PROCESS
Full 3-D cunstruction and design
We design and construct in full 3-D! This 3-D model with a sophisticated outline and running surface is the base.
Calculation and material selection
Depending on the application of the board we choose the right material compilation and define torsion, flex and damping.
Digital Prototyping
Now we create a digital prototype that we use for virtual simulations of all different riding situations.

Product evaluation and measurements
With high tech sensors we detect flow situation, vibrations and pop-forces in real conditions, during real riding sessions.
Optic and haptic completion
Finally we are able to apply the design and choose the surface texture that fits to the overall appearance.
Release and quality control
If the result agrees with the concept, the product is released for production. Quality control and 100% traceability complete the design process.
