Tute Robelis is an Argentinian guy who dedicated his life to outdoor sports. In winter he is giving snowboarding lessons in Bariloche, Argentina and during South American summer he works in Cumbuco, Brazil as a kitesurf instructor.
His empowering attitude is the appeal for everything he is doing as well as his main goal: bringing people into board sports. We highly respect Tute as one of our Woodboard ambassadors and love his decision to go with our brand, which – he says – is based on the very special board sport vibes we share at Woodboard that make him feel comfortable with his passion.

Anita Haslmayr
Anita was born and raised in the City of Linz. Until university, her life was predictable, regular, but also a bit boring. During this time she came into contact with kitesurfing. From then on she dedicated her life to this fascinating sport and managed to travel from one windy spot to the next. Her stations were Punta Chame in Panama for 6 months, Cartagena and Cabo de la Vela in Colombia for 6 months, Anzio in Italy for 5 Months and Ilha do Guajiru in Brazil for 10 months.
Anita is known for her extraordinary personality and she has represented the values of Woodboard since the beginning. In her case there is no need to describe the values, Anita lives them. And we are thankful that she carries these vibes out into the world.

His favorite spot is Punta Preta, the famous wave spot on Sal.

He was born and raised in Tatajuba, a small village close to Jericoacoara, where the wind gets up to 40 knots frequently. He is running kite schools in Preá, Jeri and Tatajuba. Far over the border of Brazil he is known for his awesome big air style as well as doing some crazy stuff in incredible heights. During off season he is training in Cape Town and Mexico. Besides his riding skills and economic success, he has a great personality with a kind and empowering attitude. He stands for sustainable tourism, including the locals in his business and helping kids getting a proper education, learning languages as well as starting to kitesurf.
Gleison is in the kiteboarding business as long as kitesurfing exists – which means he tried out a lot of boards of different brands. We are super happy, that he decided to go for our boards: The BEAM for lessons, CRBN for rental and the TRASH for himself.

Lena & Carina
It was 2014 when Lena and Carina decided to give up their “normal” life and travel around the world. One of the first stops was Tarifa, where they came into contact with kitesurfing for the first time. They were so fascinated by the sport, that they made the decision to learn the sport and maybe one day be able to make a living from it. Afterwards, the travel destinations of their world tour were selected according to the wind conditions, followed by a long stay in Brazil, Spain, Asia and Italy until they finally discovered their love for Sicily. After working three summer seasons as freelance kite instructors, now the time has come for their own business! In March 2021 they will start their own center for watersports windwaterwine.com in Sicily close to the flatwater lagoon of Lo Stagnone. We are particularly pleased that they have chosen Woodboard.
