Der Anf\u00e4nger und Einsteiger ben\u00f6tigt ein vollkommen anderes Board als zum Beispiel ein Freestyler. Deshalb ist eine klare Einteilung der Schwerpunkt Eigenschaften essenziell, die Fa. Woodboard teilt ihre Boardpalette in folgende Kategorien ein:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Einsteiger \u2013 Schulung<\/li>\n<li>Freeride<\/li>\n<li>Freestyle Wakestyle<\/li>\n<li>Big Air<\/li>\n<li>Strapless Wave<\/li>\n<li>Strapless Freestyle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Welche Merkmale und Eigenschaften die Boards der einzelnen Kategorien haben m\u00fcssen, wissen die Konstrukteure aus ihrer Erfahrung und aus den Informationen der Teamfahrer. Letztlich geht es darum, dem Fahrer ein seine Anforderungen an sein Board zu erf\u00fcllen. Die Fa. Woodboard hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, diese Anforderungen nicht nur zu erf\u00fcllen, sondern zu \u00fcbertreffen, eben dieses oft zitierte \u201eL\u00e4cheln auf die Lippen zu zaubern\u201c. Jahrelange Erfahrung im Boardshaping und der Background als Ingenieurb\u00fcro machen dies m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scribble<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeder neue Shape startet mit einer Handskizze. Der Konstrukteur skizziert seine Vorstellungen auf ein Blatt Papier, in dem seine Erfahrung und die Informationen der Teamfahrer einflie\u00dfen. An dem werden verschiedene Materialzusammenstellungen ausprobiert und die wesentlichen Eigenschaften wie Biegeverhalten, Torsionssteifigkeit, Impulsantwort, bis hin zum Bruch berechnet und simuliert. Angleiten, Absprung, Landung, werden so lange simuliert, bis Outline, Flex, Channels, Finnenposition ein optimales Ergebnis zeigen. Outline, Lauffl\u00e4chengeometrie, Channels, Rail, Materialauswahl, Materialdicken, Materialbelastbarkeiten, Materialelastizit\u00e4t, etc. Aus der Konstruktionszeichnung des fertigen Boards werden die Zeichnungen f\u00fcr die Kernfr\u00e4se, die Outlinefr\u00e4se sowie f\u00fcr die Herstellung der Form abgeleitet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Pressform<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An Hand der aus der Konstruktionszeichnung abgeleiteten Zeichnung f\u00fcr die Form wird aus einem Aluminiumblock die Form f\u00fcr das Board hergestellt. Diese besteht aus einem Oberteil und einem Unterteil, aufeinandergelegt bilden die beiden Teile einen Luftdichten Hohlraum, der die \u00e4u\u00dferen Umrisse des sp\u00e4teren Boards darstellt.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-57837 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/woodboard.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Pressformklein.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1125\" srcset=\"https:\/\/woodboard.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Pressformklein.jpg 1500w, https:\/\/woodboard.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Pressformklein-1280x960.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/woodboard.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Pressformklein-980x735.jpg 980w, https:\/\/woodboard.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Pressformklein-480x360.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, (min-width: 1281px) 1500px, 100vw\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Der Pressvorgang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In die Form werden alle Bauteile samt Kleber eingelegt und 15 Minuten bei 60 Grad Celsius und 60 Tonnen Presskraft verpresst. Bevor die Press ge\u00f6ffnet wird, wird das Board in der Form auf Raumtemperatur r\u00fcckgek\u00fchlt. \u00d6ffnet man die Presse in hei\u00dfem Zustand w\u00fcrde sich das Board unkontrolliert verbiegen oder verdrehen, da es an den Enden schon abgek\u00fchlt ist und in der Kernmitte noch hei\u00df ist. Das R\u00fcckk\u00fchlen erfordert viel Zeit und Erfahrung und ist letztlich ein wesentlicher qualit\u00e4tsbestimmender Faktor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Das Endprodukt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am Ende des Prozesses steht ein Sportger\u00e4t, das von der Konstruktion bis zum fertigen Produkt auf das K\u00f6nnen, das Engagement und das Qualit\u00e4tsbewusstsein aller Beteiligten angewiesen ist.
