3-D Konstruktion<\/h3>\n

Wir entwerfen und konstruieren in \u201efull 3-D\u201c. Das 3-D Modell mit der anspruchsvollen Outline und dem ausgekl\u00fcgelten Unterwasserschiff ist die Basis f\u00fcr alle weiteren T\u00e4tigkeiten.<\/p>\n

Berechnung und Materialauswahl<\/h3>\n

Abh\u00e4ngig von dem Einsatzgebiet des Boards w\u00e4hlen wir den geeigneten Materialmix aus und definieren die Rahmenparameter wie Torsionssteifigkeit, Flex und D\u00e4mpfung.<\/p>\n

Der digitale Prototyp<\/h3>\n

Nun k\u00f6nnen wir den digitalen Prototyp fertig stellen und mit der Str\u00f6mungsvisualisierung alle erdenklichen Fahrsituationen simulieren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mit high-tech on-board Sensoren messen wir Str\u00f6mungssituation an der Lauffl\u00e4che, die Vibrationen und Pop-Kr\u00e4fte in echten Fahrsituationen.<\/p>\n

Optisches und haptische Komplettierung<\/h3>\n

Schlussendlich bringen wir das Design auf und w\u00e4hlen die in das Gesamtkonzept passende Oberfl\u00e4chentextur aus.<\/p>\n

Freigabe und Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle<\/h3>\n
